Some new work I recently made, looking at the idea of “the perfect pour”, it started with an illustration on the back of a Duvel bottle. The illustration demonstrated how the glass should be held at 45 degrees, and the beer poured steadily into the glass, and it got me thinking… how far could you take this scientific approach?…
